Ibikunle Dashur is the President/CEO of Construct Mache Group., a Construction/Real Estate and Design Group of Companies based in Nigeria, with Offices in Lagos and Abuja.

He is the Chairman Board of Directors of various establishments, such as Construct Mache Ltd., Cognit Schemata Ltd., McAlex Realties Ltd., HeMoMA Gallery Company, as well as Ibikunle Dashur Ltd. He is a Seasoned Construction/Project Management Consultant, with almost three decades practical experience in the industry.

Ibikunle is the Founder and a Trustee of ‘The Dashurs Foundation’, a charity organization, with an objective ‘to empower the less privileged young women, men and youths through various technical skills acquisition programs, such as Plumbing, Carpentry, Masonry, Painting, Electrical Wiring, Computer Literacy, etc., and also granting financial support through university education to create, and enhance employment opportunities, reducing poverty. He is a Conceptualist, an Environmentalist, and he is an Abstract Painter. He has published Books and Journals on the subjects of Construction Management, Environmental Sustainability and written many other inspiring Fiction and Non-Fiction Books, inspiring many around him, and millions around the world.
By his background, Ibikunle is the fourth child of the family, grew up as a gifted child of Late Evang. Gabriel Dashur and Mrs. Rebecca Dashur (Nee Adagba); he is a grandson of the renowned Late Pa. Emmanuel Adagba of Epe, Lagos State, where he began the early part of his life before he returned to Lagos Island in the early 90s, the place of his birth, prior to his university education and professional journeys.

Ibikunle Dashur studied Civil Engineering as a first degree, later earned two other degrees in Human Resources Management (Diploma & Advanced Diploma in HRM) from University of Lagos, Akoka, followed by a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from University of Manchester, UK, then a Master in Business Administration (MBA), proceeded to earn a Doctorate Degree in Business Administration (DBA), both from the Business School Netherlands, Netherlands, and subsequently bagged another Master’s Degree in Construction Law & Practice from University of Salford, Manchester, UK. He attended various other Universities for other continued education in Art, Real Estate Investment, Leadership and Strategic Management, as well as Project Management programs, which includes, London School of Economics & Political Science (LSE), UK, Manchester Business School, UK, Sotheby’s Institute of Art (SIA), UK, etc.

He is a Fellow, Member of Governing Councils, and Member of various reputable professional bodies/organizations and institutes around the world, such as Chattered Institute of Builders (CIOB), UK, Institute of Management Consultants, Nigeria, American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), USA, Society of Construction Law, UK. He is a Member of the Advisory Board at Yemisi Shyllon Museum of Art (YSMA), Member of the Governing Council at The Akashi Leadership Initiative (TALI), Director at AIFA Reading Society, and a Member of the Society of Art Collection (SARTCOL).

by post war art and artists, with his adopted unique style of wet-on-wet manipulated build-up of colors. smeared and scraped layers of colors across the field of the canvas.

A closer look at his asstract works often reveals tension, energy and agitation with equal measure of captivation, delicacy, aand routines that are evident in the gestrual strokes and composition. Abstraction or not, his work encompassed both the expressive gesture of action painting, intuitiveness and color fields.
